
Cancellation Policy for Clients of No Barriers Foundation
At No Barriers Foundation we understand that appointments may sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, to ensure that we can continue to serve all our patients effectively, and to ensure the viability of our service we have established a cancellation policy. This policy will come into effect on the 1st March 2025.

- Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient who may be waiting for care. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, there will be no charge. However, for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment a 50% charge of the appointment fee will be applied. This helps us cover operational costs and maintain availability for all our patients. - No Shows:
If you do not attend your appointment without giving prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. - Late for Appointments:
If you are late for your appointment, please note that the appointment may need to be shortened to fit the allotted appointment slot however you will be charged for the full appointment time unless the delay has been caused by No Barriers - Prepayment on Booking:
We are now asking that clients pay for their session at the time of booking. This can be done by card or cash.
- Cancellations:
If you find yourself unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to support you and will do our best to work with you in those cases.
