Day Services Manager

About the role:

You will play a key role in the development and delivery of a new No Barriers Day Service in Donegal Town to people with Intellectual Disabilities. The successful candidate will be committed to the mission, vision and values of No Barriers and ensure that the core values of person-centeredness, social inclusion, active citizenship and high-quality service provision are implemented and prioritised in the delivery of programmes and supports. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in all elements of service design from the ground up and to lead a team in the delivery of services.

Requirements:

Full eligibility to work in Ireland with excellent proficiency in English.

Community Access Facilitator

About the role:

The Community Access Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live active, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities. The role is guided by a person-centred approach and the values of dignity, inclusion, and empowerment.

Requirements:

Full eligibility to work in Ireland with excellent proficiency in English. Access to a car required. A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
