Letterkenny Community Centre – Pre-Camp Evaluation

Letterkenny Community Centre – Pre-Camp Evaluation

No Barriers Foundation is introducing this camp to support children and families on CDNT: a safe, inclusive setting where parents of children with complex disabilities can, for a short time, do what many other parents take for granted, drop their child at a fun activity and know they are safe, supported and enjoying themselves. We want to understand what difference this makes, both for your child and for your family as a whole. Please complete this short form before your child’s first session. It should take less than 5 minutes. Your answers are confidential and will only be used to help us understand and improve this service.
